• Discovery Adventure Golf is the promoter for the purposes of the promotion
• The promotion is for one free round of mini golf (18-holes) for one child under 12, when accompanied by another guest paying for a full price ticket of one round of mini golf (18-holes) at point of purchase only
• The promotion period is from 00:00 on 15/11/24 to 23:59 on 31/01/25 (inclusive)
• The promotion is available for all guests who have a confirmed booking to attend the Metrocentre's Santa's Elf Academy & Grotto in 'Market Square' (as organised through the Metrocentre Shopping Centre)
• To qualify, all guests need to show is valid Santa's Elf Academy & Grotto booking confirmation to the Metrocentre centre team at the Santa's Elf Academy & Grotto, and will be issued with physical voucher for one free round of mini golf (18-holes) for one child under 12, to be used during the offer period, for any booking date from 15/11/24 to 31/01/25 (inclusive)
• All vouchers will be issued in-person by the Metrocentre team at the Santa's Elf Academy & Grotto during the time of your confirmed booking only
• The voucher can be redeemed at Treetop Golf Metrocentre only between 15/11/24 to 31/01/25 (inclusive), when accompanied by another guest paying for a full price ticket of one round of mini golf (18-holes) at point of purchase only
• No cash alternative is available and the voucher cannot be transferred for any other offer or promotion
• The promotion is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
• Photocopies or altered vouchers will not be accepted
• Discovery Adventure Golf reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Discovery Adventure Golf may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion
• These terms & conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then must do so within the courts of England
• Insofar as is permitted by law, Discovery Adventure Golf, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate recipients of the promotion or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of Discovery Adventure Golf, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected
