Can I book a VIP Experience while I'm at one of your venues?
We take all enquiries for our VIP Experiences on our website where our VIP Experiences team will happily pick up your request. If you have any questions beforehand, please feel free to email email@example.com.
Can I book and pay straight away?
All bookings are enquiry only. Your enquiry will then be picked up by our VIP Experiences Team, who will confirm availability with you.
How much are VIP Experiences and how do I pay?

. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure the booking.
What's the cancellation policy for VIP Experiences?
If you wish to cancel your VIP Experiences booking with 48 hours’ notice or more from the booking time on the event date you shall be entitled to a refund of the balance, with us retaining the deposit. You will have the option to rebook for a date up to one year following of the original event date.
If you wish to cancel your VIP Experiences booking within 48 hours’ notice of the booking time on the event date, you are entitled to reschedule the booking to a date that is up to one year following of the event date, but no refund of any amount of the charges shall be made payable.
If your VIP Experiences booking needs to be cancelled by us for reasons out of our control (such as a site closure), we will offer you a full refund of any amounts paid in advance or provide the option to rebook for a date up to one year following of the original event date at no additional charge.

I want to book a VIP Experience that I can't see on the website. Do you currently offer Stag & Hens Experiences? Or School Trip Experiences?
We'll be offering more VIP Experiences in the future, but please feel free to email email@example.com with your request and we'll see if we can help you out.
The date/time that I want to book isn’t available - what do I do?
That mean's we're fully booked or not taking any bookings for those particular days/times. We'd still love to host your event and hope you'll make enquiry for another time.
How can I pay for my VIP Experience?
You can pay for your VIP Experience via a secure payment link that our team will send you when confirming your booking. If you require an invoice, please let our team know when placing your enquiry.
Can I pay the balance on the day?
The outstanding balance of your VIP Experiences must be paid no later than five days in advance of your booking date.

Will there be food and drink included in my VIP Experience? Can I bring my own?
We include delicious pizza in all of our VIP Experiences, and have a range of drinks available for pre-order. Our VIP Experiences team will discuss these options with you when your booking is confirmed. We've got you covered.
Can I bring a cake to my VIP Experience?
Of course! Our team will be happy to help and will light the candles and cut the cake into slices. (We can't provide the trio of singing frogs to serenade everyone though... we're working on it.)
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We cater for a variety of dietary requirements. We have vegan, gluten-free and nut-free pizza available. If you’d like to see our full allergen list, please ask our VIP Experiences team.
What's included in the nibbles for each VIP Experience?
Subject to availability, for our Kids Experiences, we've a selection of Eat Real Veggie Straws, Sweet & Salty Popcorn, & Apple & Grape Bites.
Subject to availability, for our Group Experiences, we've a selection of Chilli Rice Crackers, Eat Real Tomato & Basil Crisps, Oloves Basil & Garlic Olives, and Sweet & Salty Popcorn.
What welcome drinks do you offer for VIP Group Experiences?
We offer a set menu of three cocktails/mocktails to choose from: Our Monkey Mojito, Bamboo Cooler and the non-alcoholic Nature's Nojito.
Can I take drinks onto the courses?
Unfortunately not (rainforest border rules). But don’t worry, your drinks can be kept in your private VIP Experiences room or reserved area ready to celebrate victory or commiserate a high score.
Can I order additional food and drink on the day?
You can! Please speak to your VIP Experiences host and they will talk you through the menu. They can take individual payments or set up a tab when orders have been placed.
I want to bring my kids along to a Group Experience. Is that possible?
It sure is! We have kids pricing in our Group Experiences, so that no matter what family means to you, we've got you covered.
What is the minimum booking size for VIP Experiences?
For all our VIP Experiences, the minimum booking group size is 10.
What is the maximum booking size for Group Experiences?
Each of our venues are unique and we have slightly different group sizes as a result. Please submit your enquiry and our VIP Experiences Team will be able to confirm what is possible.
Do you supply party invites or party bags?
We don't. But we do have special medals at your own closing ceremony - providing everyone with a fun memento of the special day.
You are more than welcome to bring your own party bags of course.
What is the maximum booking size for Kids Experiences?
For Treetop Cardiff and Treetop Birmingham, our group sizes are currently limited to 16. For all other Treetop venues, the maximum group size is 20.
Will our host supervise the kids in a VIP Experience? What's expected of us as parents/guardians?
While your VIP Experiences host is there to help make your VIP Experience the best it can be, guests must ensure that all children under the age of 12 are supervised at all times and that there is at least one supervising adult per four children under 12.
My child is aged 13, can they not book a Kids Experience?
Of course they can. We do recommend for ages 13+ to choose one of our Group Experiences options - which offers a more grown up Experience. Children under 5 can also still take part in a Kids Experience.
Can I add additional guests?
Final numbers for guests and the details of any pre-ordered food and drinks are needed 48 hours before the event date. Any pre-ordered food and/or drinks must be used on the event date and cannot be transferred to a future booking.
Do I still pay for any guests that can’t make it on the day/don’t turn up?
As stipulated in our terms and conditions, final numbers for guests are needed 48 hours before the event date. Any changes outside of this time will not be eligible for any refund.

Do I need to bring my email confirmation with me?
Yes. When you arrive, please have your confirmation email ready to show our team so that they can get you checked in for your VIP Experience and let the fun begin.
I've booked a VIP Experience but want to change my time - is that possible?
Please email our VIP Experiences team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and they'll do their best to accommodate a change, but this is subject to availability.
What happens if I'm running late on the day?
If you’re aware that you will be late for your VIP Experiences booking, you must contact the relevant site team by telephone and respond directly to your booking email to inform us of your expected new arrival time.
We will do our best to accommodate a late arrival for a VIP Experiences booking, but this will be subject to other bookings and timings on the date, specifically:
- If you (and/or any of your guests) are less than 30 minutes late for your VIP Experiences booking, your itinerary may be subject to change. Your VIP host will confirm any changes to the itinerary upon arrival.
- If you (and/or any of your guests) are over 30 minutes late for your VIP Experiences booking, your booking may be unable to go ahead in full. Your VIP Experiences host will be able to advise upon arrival

Do I need to arrive earlier than my VIP Experience booking time?
We ask that you arrive five minutes before your VIP Experience, just so our team can get you checked in and so that you can enjoy the full length of your booking. If you wish to set up decorations, you can arrive up to 30 minutes before your booking time.
Is there anywhere to store coats and bags while with you?
We've plenty of space to put down your bags, and hang up your coats in your private room. Your VIP Experiences host will be able to help with all your needs.
How do we get to you on the day?
Our VIP Experiences team will send you a link to your chosen venue in the build up to your time with us, so that you have everything you need before you arrive and know exactly where to go.
Do we all play the mini golf as one big group?
Your group will tee off in smaller groups of up to four guests. The groups of up to four can play consecutively, following each other around the course.

Before I visit
Can I pre-book?
We don’t take bookings in our rainforest, just
turn up and tee off! If it’s a busy time, you may need to queue while our
Treetop Host makes sure there aren’t too many people in the rainforest. But they’ll
let you know if you need to wait.
Can I get any deals?
We have the Early Bird available Monday to Friday. Tee off before midday and play two courses for the price of one. (Includes summer holidays. Excludes all other bank holidays and school holidays). Both courses to be played on the same visit.
What are the rules on group sizes?
There are no limits on the size of your group
visiting our rainforest. However, when playing mini golf, we will ask for
groups to split into a maximum of 4 and play consecutively, following each
other around the course.
Can I book a party or event yet?
Unfortunately not. However, our Treetop Troop are hard at
work on some new buzzing packages. To be the first to know when our parties are back on, keep an eye on our

Who can play mini golf?
Anyone can play our courses. We pride ourselves on having
something for everyone, whatever your age or ability.
Will you be busy?
We have a Treetop host waiting at
the entrance to welcome you. They’ll make sure there’s only a limited number of
people in the rainforest at any one time. If it’s a busy time, you may need to
queue whilst our Treetop Host makes sure there aren’t too many guests in the
Can I pay with cash?
To help reduce your waiting time, it’s card payments only in our rainforest. We do have plenty of rubies, emeralds and sapphires down at Rainbow Creek Mine though.
What’s the minimum age to play?
We don’t have one – even the youngest golfers can have a go.
If they’re aged 12 and under, they’ll need an adult in their troop at all
How many mini golf courses do you have?
We’ve got two epic, 18-hole courses –
Ancient Explorer and Tropical Trail.
Can I choose which course to play?
Yes. But if you choose to play two courses you get to explore
How long will the game last?
Generally, it'll take about 40 minutes to get around
each course. At busy times, it might take a bit longer.
Do you offer a discount for Blue Light cardholders?
Yes, we do. Grab 10% off your mini golf ticket when you show a valid Blue Light card at reception.
What's the latest I can swing by for a game?
last entry time to play two courses is 45 minutes before closing, and for one
course, it’s 15 minutes.
Do you offer a discount for disabled guests and carers?
Yes, we do. Claim 50% off your mini golf ticket when you show proof of carer requirement at reception.
Do you have access for wheelchairs and prams?
Yes, our jungle is manual wheelchair and pram-friendly.
Everyone can come and enjoy a game.
Café, bar & pizza
Can I take alcoholic drinks onto the courses?
We ask that you finish your drinks before you tee off. There’s no booze on the courses.
Can we bring our own drinks and food to the venue?
not (rainforest border rules). But don’t worry, we’ve got plenty of tasty grub,
hot and cold drinks and tropical mocktails available in our bar & café.
Can I warm up baby food or drink?
Of course. We’ll give you hot water so you can warm it
Do you serve food and drink?
Yes, and lots of it. Pizza Cabana
is open every day from Midday. The Thirsty Toucan bar and Jungle Buzz Café
are open all week too, serving up tropical cocktails, mocktails, cracking
coffee, sweet treats and more.
What are your options for healthy eating and special dietary requirements?
