Do you offer food and drink?
Yes, and lots of it. Pizza Cabana is open every day from Midday. The Thirsty Toucan bar and Rainforest Roast Café are open all week too, serving up tropical cocktails, mocktails, cracking coffee, sweet treats and more.
I had a gift card that expired during your temporary hibernation, what should I do?
Keep it and bring it with you. We will honour all gift cards which expired during our temporary closure until 31st August.

Do I need to book a table to play mini golf?
Can I order from the bar?
We’re only taking orders from tables for now. Our guests can check out our menu by scanning the QR code at each table. Condiments are made available when our guests ask for them.
Which entrance do I use?
To keep guests a safe distance apart at all times in our reception area, the ground floor mall entrance (next to Vision Express) will be the only way in to the jungle until 9pm.
The entrance/exit door from St Martin’s Square will be exit only until 9pm each day, becoming entry and exit from 9pm-close.

The safety of our guests & team remains our top priority.
There’s hand sanitiser stations throughout the jungle, fewer people for more space, and we’re only taking contactless payments. We’re on the ball with extra cleaning too – keeping hands and surfaces washed and washed again, and freshly scrubbing clubs and balls for every golfer
Whilst it’s no longer a legal requirement to wear face coverings indoors, we support all team and guests who choose to wear them in our rainforest.

What are the rules on group sizes?
are no limits on the size of groups visiting our rainforest. However, when playing mini golf,
we will ask for groups to split into a maximum of 4.
Do I need to scan the NHS Test and Trace QR Code to visit Treetop
It’s no longer a requirement to check-in. We’ll continue to display the NHS QR Code for guests who would like to check-in voluntarily.
