Do I need to wear a face covering before visiting?
It remains a
legal requirement for members of the public to wear face coverings in an expanded group of destinations, including indoor entertainment venues like
Guests aged 11 or
over must wear a face covering before entering, when walking around and when
playing mini golf. You don’t need to wear a face covering when sitting in The
Market area (i.e. eating or drinking).
If you're exempt from wearing a mask, please let a member of our team know.
How are you managing social distancing?
To keep our guests and team safe, there’s a one-way route for guests, fewer people for more space, and signs throughout the rainforest to keep guests a safe distance apart at all times. We've set up hand sanitiser stations and we're only taking contactless payments. We’ll also be on the ball with extra cleaning – keeping hands and surfaces washed and washed again, and freshly scrubbing clubs and balls for every golfer.
It's masks on to come in and we’ve also put rainforest parties and events on hold for now.
Will you be busy?
How are you protecting your team members?
All the changes we’re making in our jungle are to keep our team safe as well as our guests, from hand sanitiser stations and regular hand washing, to social distancing, Perspex screens at reception and making every payment contactless.
Our team will also be wearing face coverings as well as our guests. Behind our reception desk and bar, we also have floor markers to help team members keep their distance.
