FAQs
Do I need to wear a face covering before visiting?
No. However, whilst it’s no
longer a legal requirement to wear face coverings indoors, we’ll support all
team & guests who choose to continue wearing them in our rainforest
How are you managing social distancing?
The safety of our guests &
teams remains our top priority. We’re keeping some measures to ensure
everyone can enjoy epic mini golf adventures comfortably
together.
Our hand sanitiser stations will remain. There’s fewer people for more space.
We’ll also continue to be on ball with extra cleaning – keeping hands and
surfaces washed and washed again, and freshly scrubbing clubs and balls for
every golfer.
Whilst it’s no longer a legal requirement to wear face coverings indoors, we’ll
support all team & guests who choose to continue wearing them in our
rainforest.
What are the rules on group sizes?
There are no limits on the size of your group visiting our rainforest. However, when playing mini golf, we will ask for groups to split into a maximum of 4.
Will you be busy?
We have a Treetop host waiting at
the entrance to welcome you. They’ll make sure there’s only a limited number of
people in the rainforest at any one time. If it’s a busy time, you may need to
queue whilst our Treetop Host makes sure there aren’t too many guests in the
rainforest
